FREE DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Free delivery of all orders is to addresses ONLY in the Peninsular Malaysia.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Expect delivery within 2 to 3 working days between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday*

DELIVERY PROCESS

We will start the delivery process once your orders have been completely printed and passed our quality checks. All orders will be collected by the carrier and a notification will be sent to you through e-meal after your orders have been collected.

SECURITY CHECKS

To protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if any irregularities are found, the order may not be processed.

SIGNATURES & NO-ONE AT HOME

If the recipient is in, our carriers will always ask for a signature. If there is no-one at home, the carrier will deliver the parcel to your nearest post office & leave a Customer Contact Card with details of where the parcel can be collected. When collecting a parcel from the post office you must present the Customer Contact Card along with ID to claim the parcel.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

The shipment confirmation email you receive once goods have been dispatched will contain a tracking number and link for you to track your order with our carriers.

Please note that it is not a guaranteed next day service: whilst the overwhelming majority (over 99%) of parcels will arrive to these schedules, there may be problems with the occasional order that prevent it being dispatched in time.
